If you wish to return or exchange an item, our team will be happy to assist under the following conditions:

• Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order, accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

• Items must remain in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered — with all original tags attached.

• Size exchanges are available, subject to stock availability.

• Once your request is received, it will be carefully reviewed, and you’ll be notified by email regarding the next steps.

Please Note

• Return and exchange shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

• Processing may take up to 5 business days from the date your item is received.

• Refunds are processed via Instapay, Vodafone Cash, or bank transfer.

• Sale items, discounted products, and bundles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
